Iran Army General killed in unusual plane/helicopter crash

Hamid Mazandari, commander of the Nineveh Division of the Golestan Province of the Revolutionary Guards and pilot Hamed Jandaji were killed in a plane/helicopter crash while conducting a surveillance flight on an exercise by the Iranian forces.

Hamid Mazandarani, the commander of the IRGC's Neynava Brigade in Golestan Province, and Hamed Jandaghi, a member of the IRGC Ground Forces, were killed in an air accident during a military exercise in Saravan, southeastern Iran, according to the IRGC's Quds Base public relations office.

Very poor reporting!! That’s not a helicopter nor a plane! That is a Gyrocopter. Helicopters can hover, gyro’s cannot.
