More than 430 targets attacked this week in Gaza; IAF documents from all sectors
Last week, the IDF and Shin Bet, led by the Southern Command, began Operation 'Strength and Sword' in the Gaza Strip. As part of it, dozens of Hamas targets were attacked in the opening blow.
So far, the Air Force has attacked more than 430 targets since the beginning of Operation 'Strength and Sword'.
In the northern sector, yesterday (Tuesday) and Thursday night, fighter jets took off to attack targets in Syria, including strategic military capabilities remaining at the Tadmor and T4 bases. In the past week, 18 targets in Syria were attacked.
In addition, on Saturday, Air Force fighter jets attacked more than 40 Hezbollah targets in the south and deep inside Lebanon, in response to rocket fire toward the Finger of Galilee.
In defense, in the past week, 14 launches were intercepted by air defense fighters, including six interceptions of surface-to-surface missiles launched from Yemen, three rockets launched from Lebanon, and five additional rockets launched from the Gaza Strip.
