The "Political Keys" news website reported that "last Saturday, the Lebanese Hezbollah began new military training for its members, Syrians and foreigners who came from Asian countries, using Iranian drones in its possession, in the desert of the West Kalmon area in the Damascus Rif district."
Informed sources said that "Hezbollah started a training campaign near the town of Asal al-Ward, near the Syria-Lebanon border, with the participation of 70 members, most of them Syrian, and the rest with Lebanese citizenship, under the supervision of a number of commanders and experts in the field of unmanned aviation, and in the presence of Lebanese officers who specialize in the field the aviation that came from Lebanon especially to supervise the beginning of the training".
The sources continued: "Among the Lebanese officers who arrived in the area is Major General Nabil al-Rashaini, who is one of the senior officers in the Lebanese army and works for Hezbollah and is close to its leaders. This is his first visit to the areas of Damascus, and he entered Syrian territory through one of the illegal crossings near the Kafir Yabus area in the countryside of Damascus."
