This is Abu Safyan al-Stri, a well-known figure in the Gaza Strip from the Khan Yunis area.
He is a "Muezzin" (who leads the calls to prayer) in one of the mosques, is close to Hamas and in his spare time also sells nuts.
In the video here he is seen on October 7 entering Israel with a sword (!!) all smiles, even when he sees a soldier on a motorcycle being kidnapped to Gaza.
We don't know exactly what Abu Safyan did on 10/7, but entering with a sword foreshadows his intentions.
According to a check we made, his Tik Tok account was active until two days ago and he uploaded videos describing life in Gaza.
