- Born in 1968 in the village of Salfit, west of Ariel. Has been active in Hamas since 1980 and is the one who recruited Yahya Ayash to the ranks of Hamas.

- Sat in prison in Israel for almost 20 years until his release in 2011 and his exile to Turkey where he slowly climbed the ladder again until he was appointed as Saleh Al-Arori's deputy.

- Jabarin operated from Turkey (and still serves as the head of the Hamas finance ministry). As part of his position, he manages the annual budget of Hamas in the amount of tens of millions of dollars, is responsible for all Hamas income from various sources in the world and is responsible for locating additional funding sources for Hamas.

In his role as the head of the Hamas finance ministry, Jabarin focused on developing a financial network in Turkey that would allow Hamas to raise, invest and launder funds before transferring them to Gaza and the Palestinian Authority.

In addition, he supervised the financial department of Hamas and personally took care of financial operations, business establishment and money laundering in Turkey, Qatar, Lebanon and more. At the same time Jabarin worked to promote business activity and investments in order to generate additional income for Hamas.

- Deeply involved in the department that builds and develops the fighting capabilities of the terrorist organization.

- He is considered a supporter of Iran and has close ties with the Quds Force and Hezbollah operatives, especially since his direct boss Al-Arori moved to operate in the Dahiya district in Beirut.

- Jabarin serves as the main liaison between Hamas and the Iranian Revolutionary Guards.  In 2017, his relationship with the command of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards increased after Hamas focused on increasing financial funding and armaments from Iran.

- In recent years, under Salah al-Arouri Jabarin promoted the terrorist activities of Hamas in the West Bank and Gaza against Israel and transferred hundreds of thousands of dollars to the organization's terrorists in the West Bank.

- Jabarin holds Palestinian and Qatari passports and some claim an Iranian diplomatic passport as well.
