The American news network Alhurra reports in its main headline that all indications suggest Israel is preparing to attack not only Iran's nuclear facilities but also to launch a large-scale offensive against Houthi targets throughout Yemen.
The network cites the Israeli Broadcasting Corporation, which stated that preparations are ongoing for a possible Israeli strike on Iranian nuclear installations, alongside efforts to coordinate with the United States.
A report from the Israeli broadcasting authority determined that recent Israeli strikes in Syria have led to the destruction of 85% of Syria's air defense systems, paving the way for the Israeli Air Force to operate more safely in the region. If necessary, further pre-emptive actions may be taken across Iraq en route to Iran.
The report also indicated that these strikes would enhance the chances of targeting the Iranian nuclear project, which poses a threat to the West.
These developments came just hours after the collapse of the regime of the fleeing Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and the disintegration of the Iranian axis in the region.
On Sunday, dozens of Israeli fighter jets launched extensive attacks on strategic sites belonging to the Syrian army, including the destruction of air defense systems and naval and air forces as part of Operation "Hetz B'ashan."
According to the report, significant weapon production and storage facilities were targeted, including a site in the Homs area, considered a central hub for the Syrian ballistic missile project.
The Israeli broadcasting authority reported that the Houthis in Yemen are attempting to lead what remains of the Iranian axis in the region, having intensified their attacks against Israel.
In recent hours, the Houthis launched four explosive drones towards Israel, two of which were intercepted by Israeli air defenses, while the other two fell in open areas.
Israeli military assessments suggest that the small Houthi drones utilize complex flight paths that traverse through Sinai and the Mediterranean before heading north into Israel, making them difficult to monitor.
According to the report, Israel is considering launching extensive attacks on Yemeni territory in response to the escalating Houthi threats targeting strategic facilities, such as the ports of Ashdod and Haifa, power stations, and offshore gas platforms.
As expressed on social media in Yemen: "The Israeli army is waiting for the green light from the political echelon to strike in Yemen."
