Sahand frigate capsizes and sinks at Bahnar port facility/base of Iran's 1st fleet

Sahand is the third Moj-class destroyer designed and built by the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy.

The structure of a ship was revealed in September 2013 and it was launched in December 2017.

It sank on 7 July 24.
