ICYMI: Report: The Iranian oil industry is in Israel's crosshairs

According to military sources, the IDF has completed its preparations for the possibility of an attack on Israel by Hezbollah and Iran.

The army is in a state of peak preparation in the air defense system to promote an attack of missiles, rockets and UAVs. The Air Force has dozens of armed planes on the ground, which can respond within minutes in the event that Hezbollah attacks Israel from Lebanese territory.

Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi has already approved the bank of targets that the Air Force will attack, when necessary, in Lebanon and Iran. In recent days, the Air Force has been holding war games in which all possible scenarios for an attack on Israel from these countries have been practiced.

According to security sources, the Israeli Air Force is prepared for a long-term attack in Iran itself. According to them, the Air Force has gained a lot of experience in long-range flights as part of exercises it has conducted in recent years in the skies of the Mediterranean Sea, also with foreign armies. Only recently it successfully carried out a long-range attack, when he attacked the Houthi port of Hodeidah in Yemen.

Iran has anti-aircraft weapons, radars and air defense systems, but according to senior officials in the IDF, the Air Force can overcome them and successfully carry out any task assigned to it.

The newspaper London-based Arab "A-Sharq Alawest" reported yesterday that senior officials in the American administration warned Iran, based on information they received from Israel, that any Iranian attack on Israel would result in an Israeli attack that would shake the stability of the regime and the new government established by President Massoud Pazkhian, as well as the Iranian economy.

According to the report, Israel made it clear to the administration that in the event of an Iranian attack on targets in Israel, the IDF will damage the infrastructure of the Iranian oil industry, the oil fields, refineries, ports and oil tankers, as well as Iran's military industry. Senior political officials in Jerusalem refused to comment on this report, but did not deny it.

Senior security officials estimate that in the event of a regional war, the possibility that Israel will also damage Iran's nuclear facilities cannot be ruled out.
