If you thought that the Hamas, with their shameful weekly staging of humiliating Israeli hostages was bad - wait today is Hezbollah's turn when they re-bury Hasan Nasrallah. They are hoping for a million Shiites to attend. Here are two Lebanese Christian reporters to tell us what will happen:
NEWSRAEL's Lebanese corespondent, Jouman Gabera:
You already know that around a million are expected to attend, they will also demonstrate power, generate millions for memorabilia and ticket entrance, try to reorganize Hezbollah as a local and regional presence.
Some 40,000 at least arrived from Iraq, Syria, Iran and Yemen.
It is expected that opposition parties won't attend but the government is sending a delegation.
The Maronite Church will abstain, but the Catholics are sending bishop Maroun Ammar to represent Maronites and Catholics.
A Lebanese journalist, a resident of the Christian-Maronite town of Deir al-Qamar in central Lebanon, wrote last night:
"Nasrallah's funeral ceremony tomorrow is intended to be a huge demonstration by Hezbollah, a spectacle Lebanon has never seen before, in which the message will be conveyed to everyone in Lebanon who thought Hezbollah had weakened, that the organization is here to stay.
Hezbollah members will make strong speeches and morale will be high. This ceremony has been well planned in recent months and is part of the plan to revive the organization and rebuild its strength.
Hezbollah will try to convey a sharp message to every Lebanese: 'Don't think that you can do anything about it. We will very quickly return to what you feared all these years. Don't take any steps against us, because it will backfire on you in the end.'"
