Judicial despotism describes a situation where judges or courts wield unchecked power, making decisions that override democratic processes or legislative intent, often based on personal biases or ideologies. It implies a judiciary acting beyond its constitutional role, effectively "ruling" rather than interpreting the law, undermining the balance of power in governance. Historically, critics use the term to highlight perceived overreach, like in cases of expansive rulings on contentious issues.
So, the leftwing lawyers on this court, most of whom are appointed by the other court members, is destroying what little is left of the executive branch's governing power.
Israel is no longer a democracy.
It is a judicial tyranny.
And we, in the United States, are ONE STEP AWAY from becoming the same thing. Make no mistake about it.
